Essential oil blends

For thousands of years, oils have been used to help relax the mind and aid in supporting the body.  Blending oils with known qualities and either diffusing them, using them neet (straight on the body), or diluting them can help many conditions.

Below are some favorite blends

Stress blend, detox and energizing blend

  • 10 drops lemon oil
  • 12 drops fennel seed oil or other carrier oil
  • 10 drops juniper
  • 6 drops geranium
  • Defractionated coconut oil- from health food store

Use a  4 oz colored glass  bottle and add the oils one at at time. Fill the bottle to the neck with coconut oil, cap and gently rock the bottle back and forth (do not shake) to blend. Apply small amount to the skin to de-stress.   Note: only rock/roll bottles mixed with oil. Shake oils mixed with water.  Avoid Fennel if you have epilepsy.
