Dr Michael Breus, the “Sleep Doctor” is hosting a sleep summit in a few days. Link below to listen to over thirty sleep experts for free.
In his book, Good Night, he writes “Recent studies have offered evidence that Aromatherapy can not only lift your spirits, but possibly reduce anxiety, agitation and even pain-all good effects for inducing sleep. Specifically, consider relaxing smells such as lavender, rose, vanilla (in StressAway blend), and chamomile. Aromatherapy oils can be infused in the air, rubbed on the skin, or even ingested. Although powerful, these are great “mood setters.”
