Sore, tired muscles? Aches and pains? Anxiety? Stressed out? Try soaking in a hot bath tub with epsom salts and a few drops of essential oils. Mix the oils into the epsom salt and add to hot water once you are in the tub for a dreamy experience. If you like, you can add dead sea salt,kosher salt and/or baking soda to the epsom salts. Here are a few delicious recipes to try:
Lavender and Frankincense – 4 drops of each in one cup of epsom salts.
Geranium, Lavender and Rose – 4 or 5 drops of each
Orange, Lemon and Cedarwood- 4 drops of each
