Just One Pose – Five Minutes with Dr Sara

With up to eighty percent of doctor visits being stress related, stress management is a hot topic.  I have read blogs, listened to summits, implemented diet changes, exercised, etc. in an effort to find stress relief remedies.  This pose has helped me more than anything.  Everyone is busy.  Who has time to devote to long daily self care regimens?  Try this pose along with inhaling your favorite essential oils for a relaxing mini retreat.  I love Neroli oil.  (Ask your MD if you can do this pose if you have health conditions like hypertension)

Dr Sara Gottfried tells her story on her youtube channel and her website. She is a Harvard trained MD.  She suffered from many problems that my patients complain about, i.e. muffin top, high cortisol, elevated blood sugar, hot flashes.  After not getting relief from diet and exercise, (her doctor’s advise) she started her own search for answers.
