Want to Feel Better? Try Grounding.

With all the cell phone, computer and wireless devices in use, we rarely get the outdoor beneficial negative ions that can help to reduce stress.  Walking on the beach, walking barefoot in the grass or even hugging a tree can help you feel more grounded to the earth.  Being outdoors among the trees often lifts our moods.  Many  trees release essential oils into the forest.  Cold water diffusion of the tree oils (conifers) mimic that effect in your home.  I regularly diffuse to help purify the air in the home and office.   I like the diffusers from Plant ExtractsINC.
