My Smoothie Recipe – Meal in Minutes

3291For a quick nutritious meal that is full of protein, fiber, enzymes and keeps you full for hours, try my smoothie recipe.  You can change the fruit or add a drop of essential oil (nutmeg,orange, grapefruit,etc) to vary the flavor.   If you don’t want the whey protein, try the vegetarian Power Meal.

1 or 2 scoops of protein powder

Almond milk, rice milk, or hemp milk (or use 1/4 cup of nuts and 1 cup of water to make your own)

Handful of spinach, kale, or other greens (organic)

Chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin, or hemp seeds

Frozen fruit   (I use a banana and berries)
