Mind-Body Connection

joy I recently read these books: “Your Body Speaks Your Mind” by Deb Shapiro and “How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body” by David Hamilton. Both of these books are excellent guides to explore what the body might be trying to tell you on a deeper level.  I have learned from Chinese medicine that the liver is associated with anger, the kidneys with fear, the lungs with grief and so on.  If you are angry, try a drop of Release essential oil on the liver. If you are experiencing grief, try diffusing some Joy Oil or putting a drop on your heart. If you are fearful, try a drop of Valor Oil.  Meditation might prove beneficial as well.
