“The Baby Boomer Diet” book contains new information on growing younger. Donna’s website is
Donna writes about nutrition tips and the importance of staying hydrated. She suggests drinking two glasses of water upon waking followed by 1/8 teaspoon of sea salt (or minerals). I like Young Living’s Mineral Essence. She said the more water that you drink, the more salt (minerals) that you need. She suggested reading the book, “Water for Health, for Healing, for Life: You’re Not Sick, Your Thirsty by Dr F. Batmanghelidj. She says to drink two glasses of water before lunch and dinner and nothing with meals. Drink one glass of water one hour after a meal. She suggests using a BPA free water bottle (Nalgene)as opposed to stainless steel. She said that stainless steel leaches nickel into the water. Abundant Health has glass water bottles with an opening for adding your citrus essential oils.
Donna likes Spirulina (in True Source) with its many health benefits. In addition to water, she suggests Silk Road teas. Black currant juice added to water helps anemia, bladder and the adrenals.
