Try this blend for sleep…

Lavender, Clary Sage, Palmarosa, and Geranium essential oil in a diffuser can help you reach a deeper long lasting sleep.  Experiment with the number of drops of each oil. Lavender should be the highest concentration as the other oils are strong.  I used 8 drops of Lavender and three drops each of Clary Sage and Geranium.  I will add Palmarosa oil next time.  There are many types of diffusers. Pictured is the Home Diffuser.
