Juicing Vs Smoothies, health benefits

Dr Joel Fuhrman recommends smoothies over juicing.  He said juice doesn’t have the fiber that smoothies have thus not good for diabetics.  Power Meal and Balance Complete have a lot of fiber.  I like adding a drop of orange oil to my smoothies.  A drop of nutmeg may help the adrenals.  Read his blog and watch him make a delicious chocolate smoothie with cocoa powder. http://www.drfuhrman.com/library/better_for_health.aspx
