Dr Weil’s breathwork exercises video

Including breath work into your daily routine can lower stress and improve overall health. Dr. Weil’s favorite breathing exercise is the 4-7-8 or Relaxing Breath. Briefly, you begin by breathing in through your nose for a count of four, hold your breath for a count of seven, then exhale through your mouth to a count of 8.
