Your mind can’t hold two opposing thoughts…

Richard Brooke of Bliss Business says that the mind can’t hold two opposing thoughts.  He suggests that you visualize  your success as opposed to  failure.  If you start to get negative thoughts, clear your mind and switch to positive thoughts.  Start a gratitude journal and write in it daily.  Your shift to positive thoughts of thankfulness will help to attract positive energy.   Make a vision board of all the things that you would like to manifest in your life.  Look at it daily.  Fear is a low energy vibration.  Love is the highest vibration.   Inhale some citrus oils to raise your spirits and your vibrations.   Place one or two drops of citrus oil ( I love Lemon)  in your hands.  Rub your hands together, cup your hands over your nose and breathe in.    I keep my citrus oils in the refrigerator.
